INTRODUCTION
Surah Al-Mursalat is a Meccan surah. It’s theme denounces the horrors of the Day of Judgement for those who reject the truth. It also calls for them to believe. The time of revelation of this surah is the fourth year before the Prophet’s migration. The phrase,”Ah Woe, that Day to the Rejecters of Truth!” occurs ten times in this surah of fifty verses or on an average of once in every five verses. (more…)
